This website
You can browse the public pages without an account. If you sign in, DreadRX uses a first-party session cookie to keep you signed in.
Your browser keeps three choices on your device only: the player you picked, whether it loads by itself, and the colour theme. They never leave your device.
Twitch and YouTube players
A live player loads when you ask for it or when you have previously asked us to remember that provider. You can unload it and clear that preference from the live page. Once loaded, Twitch or YouTube may set their own cookies and process your data under their own privacy policies. YouTube's player comes from its privacy-enhanced address.
The live page's connection
While a stream is live, the page receives the status, captions and chat from the stream's live service. To limit abuse, your IP address is turned into a keyed fingerprint that changes every day; chat lines are held in memory only and never stored there.
What the stream stores about viewers
Only this, nothing else:
- your platform user ID and display name;
- the accounts you linked yourself;
- your points and flags;
- your chat messages with their time (for chat replay on VOD pages, with display names as they were on the platform).
How long
- Chat messages: their text and the link to you are removed after 12 months.
- Addresses blocked by the cost guard during an attack: kept only while that guard stays raised.
AI that reads chat
Viewer text (chat, names, donation messages) is processed only by AI models running on the stream's own computer and server, or by Google's Gemini under its EU terms, which do not allow training on it. Live captions are translated on the stream's own server.
HALLOW, the stream's AI character, reads chat but has no tools and no access to anything.
Public numbers
The leaderboard shows your name only if you opt in.
A figure about a group of viewers (stream stats, the media kit) is published only when at least 5 people stand behind it.
Your rights
Type !forget in any of the stream's chats: your profile, points and flags are deleted and your chat lines are cleared within 7 days, on this site too. Moderation records needed for safety (bans) keep only the platform ID.
For a copy of your data or any other right under the GDPR, write to the address below. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Purchases
ArchCitadel is the seller for memberships, tips and packs offered through DreadRX.
If you create an account, we use your sign-in details, linked accounts and session information to provide access and help keep the account secure.
When payment is available and you choose to pay, Stripe processes the payment details. ArchCitadel uses purchase and invoice records to fulfil purchases, handle refunds and keep accounts.
Cloudflare provides site and security services. Linked account providers process your information when you choose to use their sign-in or linking features.
- Accounting records are kept for 10 years.
- Encrypted backups are kept for about 100 days. Erasures are applied again after restoration.
