Terms of sale

This page is a translation. The French version is the one that applies (it is the binding version).

1. Who sells

ArchCitadel, email contact@archcitadel.com.

The same details are in the legal notice .

2. What these terms cover

Every sale made on dreadrx.com to a consumer: tips, monthly memberships and digital perk packs. Taking part in the stream itself is free and covered by the stream site's own terms.

Sales are not offered to buyers in the following country: United Kingdom. A checkout from there is refused.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and are final: no tax is added at checkout.

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (the seller is under the VAT franchise).

The price shown at checkout is the one you pay. Card networks or your bank may add their own currency fees.

4. Ordering and paying

You choose an offer on the support or packs page, then pay on Stripe Checkout, a payment page run by Stripe. Accepted: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, where offered, PayPal; only methods that confirm at once.

The contract is made when Stripe confirms the payment. You then receive by email a confirmation with these details and the terms that apply, on a durable medium. The charge shows as ARCHCITADEL on your statement.

A membership or a pack needs an account on this site. A tip may be paid without one.

5. Tips

A tip is a payment you choose to make to support the stream, from €2.00 to €500.00. It brings no perk and no service in return.

If you tipped by mistake (wrong amount, paid twice), write to contact@archcitadel.com within 14 days: the tip is refunded.

6. Memberships

A membership is a monthly subscription. It renews itself every month at the same price until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time, online, in a few clicks: members area → manage or cancel. The membership then stays active until the end of the month already paid; nothing more is charged.

Any change of price is sent to you by email at least 30 days before it applies; you may cancel before then.

The perks of each membership are listed on the support page. They are provided through the stream's services (roles, the members' Telegram channel, points, packs) and may change for reasons outside the seller's control, such as a platform's rules; you are told by email and may cancel.

7. Perk packs

A pack is digital content not supplied on a physical medium. It is downloaded from your members area through a personal link that expires.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (French Consumer Code, art. L221-18). The 14 days run from the day the contract is made.

Membership: at checkout you ask for it to start at once. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, you are refunded, minus an amount in proportion to the days already provided (art. L221-25).

Pack: at checkout you ask for the pack to be available at once and expressly give up your right of withdrawal once the download is available (art. L221-28, 13°). The confirmation email repeats this.

Tip: a tip is no sale of goods or services; the error refund of section 5 applies.

To withdraw, write to contact@archcitadel.com with a clear statement, or use the form below. The refund is made within 14 days of your statement, by the means you paid with, at no cost to you.

9. Refunds and disputes

How refunds work: see the refund policy .

A refunded or disputed payment ends the perks it paid for.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

The digital content and services sold here are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (French Consumer Code, art. L224-25-1 and following). If something you paid for does not work as described, write to the contact address: it is fixed, replaced or refunded.

11. Complaints and mediation

Write first to contact@archcitadel.com. If no agreement is found, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator:

The consumer mediator is named here before sales open.

12. Personal data

See the privacy policy .

13. Law and language

These terms are governed by French law; a consumer living in another country keeps the protection of that country's mandatory rules. The French version of these terms is the binding one.
