Refund policy
This page is a translation. The French version is the one that applies (it is the binding version).
Tips
Refunded on request within 14 days when paid by mistake (wrong amount, paid twice). Write to contact@archcitadel.com.
Memberships
Within 14 days of subscribing: refunded on request, minus the days already provided (right of withdrawal).
After that: cancel at any time in the members area; the membership ends with the month already paid, which is not refunded.
Packs
Once the download is available, a pack is not refunded (you gave up the right of withdrawal at checkout), unless it is faulty: then it is fixed, replaced or refunded.
How
Write to contact@archcitadel.com with the date and amount. Refunds go back to the means you paid with, within 14 days. A refund ends the perks it paid for. Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: a dispute ends the perks at once.
